Semi-refined kappa carrageenan, Xanthan, CMC, Guar gum, Distilled glycerin monostearate, LBG,Glucose

Description

BSR01 is specially designed for high-end, soft ice cream powder. This carrageenan can give the delicate flavor to the product, as well as excellent anti-soluble and homogeneous structure.

Dosage

0.5%-0.8%.

Description

BSR02 is specially designed for soft ice cream powder. This carrageenan can give the product a refreshing flavor, as well as excellent anti-soluble and homogeneous structure.

0.5%-0.8%.

CR05

Ingredients

Refined Kappa carrageenan E407

Description

Refined Kappa II Carrageenan is extracted directly from red seaweeds It is widely used in dairy, ice cream applications as a thickener and stabilizer. CR05 can form a soft gel that can be combined with milk protein to improve product structure and prevent whey precipitation.

0.02-0.2 %
